I have wood substrate and a glass Viv. I have a UTH and a red heat bulb. My heat is right around 75-80

Hot side needs to hit 85-90F, your cool side can be a good 75-80F. Unless the wood product is aspen, humidity should be maintained at decent levels when the substrate is saturated weekly. If you're using aspen, then moderate misting 2-3 times a week should do the trick.
