I had looked into Egyptian Pharaohs, Greek gods and goddesses etc before I bought my first. I originally wanted to call her Isis but it really didn't suit her once I got her home. I decided on "Calypso" after the Greek nymph (also helps that a calypso is a yellowy/orange ice lolly and my girl is a pastel!)
I wanted to keep with the "C" theme so when I got my het albino boy I decided to call him Claus (Klaus but with a C instead) as in the original vampire hybrid from vampire diaries.
I'm getting my spider BP this weekhe will be called Castiel from the Supernatural show
Not entirely sure where my C theme came from exactly but it seems to have stuck!
