It has been painfully slow for me too. I use IE-10 on my home laptop with Windows 7 and we have high speed internet. My kindle and my phone load BP.net just fine from our wi-fi. And any other page on my laptop loads fine too. I am only having an issue with BP.net. I've done what Aaron did too (reset, cleared caches, etc).
