    I use Constrictors NW (ProLine). These are awesome cages. Ed uses HDPE plastic rather than PVC - it does not stain or absorb odors like pvc sometimes can - and they are extremely well-made. I like the 60x26x16 size for my boas.

    Btw, 400 for a boa cage is not unusual. Appropriate cages are expensive.
