Absolutely would do business with Rich again. Just got our first T and an enclosure from him. I pulled the trigger Friday afternoon, he had the T shipped out and a tracking number to me Monday. Super easy to work with, answers all questions happily, and promptly. Package arrived on time, everything was packaged very nice and secure with a gorgeous little baby A. Versi in it. :-) His enclosure "kits" are awesome too. (As well as very reasonably priced!) Came with a nice vented enclosure, substrate, moss, and plants (and plenty extra too).
