Third clutch and question about an egg.....

Coming back from work to find her coiled around seven eggs!! Nice view!!

    Just pastel x normal.

There`s an eggs that`s just like the others but no veins showing, I know its infertile, just looking for hope and maybe someone hatched one like this before. I dont know maybe veins will show up later...?

    This is the egg...

and a normal egg for comparison...

Give it a few days. Sometimes you get an egg with weak or not noticeable veins but they get stronger after a few days.

Let it be for awhile. You will know if it's infertile and is dead, they don't smell to nice after awhile.

In my experience this type of egg never develop more veins and nothing ever comes out of them, however incubate it with the others just in case and dispose of it starts going bad.

This is the result...The strange egg went bad after a few days, no veins at all....

Out of the other six I got 3.2 pastel, 0.1 normal.

One of the pastels hasnt developed properly, its deformed. The column is fine, it is tongue flickering and moving what makes me think it might survive. Any with a similar experience?

And this are the others...all perfect...

    And my personal fauvorite...

It looks to be fine, just has a really big yolk belly and hasn't closed fully where the umbilicus was. Most times they will heal up just fine, though that one may take a tad longer to start feeding. Keep it on damp paper towel until the belly closes up fully though

My first clutch ever was pastel. I got 9 pastels out of 10 eggs. Hope you get the same odds!!
