Cinny and bp are allelic, HRA isn't allelic with them.

OWALReptiles says otherwise, so you would need to discuss this with the user "oohwhataloser" (not entirely sure about the username).

also, only the WOBP morph calculator says otherwise, when i breed onyx to onyx i get stuff like "red axanthic super black pastel". However, red axanthic cinnamon, red axanthic black pastel, and super black pastel / super cinnamon with aditional het red axanthic, are all missing from the morph list.

When i breed onyx to onyx in the OWALReptile morph calculator, i get the correct result of only two-gene BPs:
