Keeping Snake Warm

Hey Man!

I live in Utah, so it gets pretty cold her most of the year haha.....really depends on what ya can afford as far as your heating bill goes.

I have a 20 gal aquarium and use a UTH for substrate heat and use a heat lamp (with 100watt red bulb) hanging about 6" above the lid of the terrarium. I also keep my house at 70 degrees F.

All of the above gives me about 85 degrees f for ambient temp.
