what would be a good new edition?

Next year my two of my females will be breeding size. I was just wondering what everyone thought of what I should get next. My list is= Males: cinnamon, calico, enchi, pastel orange ghost and my females are= lesser, het og, spider. The het and spider will be breed ready. I was thinking that within the next 6 months of getting a 2 or more gene but what next???

I will recommend what I tell most people starting out. Grab yourself a fistful of 0.1 Pastels yesterday and start getting them up to size. They are (arguably) the best investment you will make in your breeding program. Where else can you turn a $75 female into a $400- $500 female in 2 years? A 0.1 Fire would not hurt.

Here is my basic "starter" morph set:

    0.3 Pastels ($225)
0.2 Spiders ($300- $150 since you already have one)
    0.2 Pinstripes ($350)
0.2 Mojave/Butter/Lesser- any will work nicely. ($350- $175 since you already have one)

If you find a local breeder or someone on the forum here you could probably get a pretty darn good start on getting all these for less than $1000 and be sitting on a nice breeding stock in 2 years. Why multiples you ask? Not every girl will get up to size on schedule nor will they like every male you plan on putting her with.

Here is what I would do with what you currently have (you don't really need another male yet):

    POG x Het OG
    Calico x Spider

Down the road I would use you Enchi to a Pastel or Fire if you pick one up. The Calico goes great with Pastel and your Spider. I don't see much breeding use for the Cinny personally.

If you do end up getting Mojave I'd put your cinny with that! I like savannahs
