I'd only worry if she didn't have the skills to get another job - but she'd clearly make a grade A telemarketer and they're always hiring. Plus, they review the calls there - she'd get in trouble if she constantly didn't remove people there, so if you ask to get removed from a list, they have to do it. Though you do have to phrase it in a specific way.
I know I am new here but thank you, you are right and they never learn. You are doing her a favor and teaching her something she should of learn a while ago.
