Temp Vs. Fertility

Can not remember who said it on here but I read this somewhere and was looking for some clarification. Someone mentioned a few months back that temps above 90F caused sterility in males. Is there any truth behind this?

I tried to search it but could not find anything.

That is pretty relieving, have had my snakes locking and eating good here of late and knew it was a matter of time before something went wrong. Had an issue with one of my sup. heaters today and my rooms ambient got up to 93-95 and had me a little on the worried side(I use room heat without hotspot so no worries about anything being hotter than 95 at worst)

I cannot comment regarding BP's specifically but, mammals has external testicles to keep sperm temp's lower than body temp's. Full body temperature(or overly hot hot-tubs/sauna's) can temproraily render a male mammalian sterile or reduce their fertility.
Snakes, lizards and, even warm-blooded birds etc do not share this physiology with mammals which would lead me to believe that they are less susceptible to temperature induced sterility. i.e. it would take a bigger change to negatively affect them. Otherwise we would see cool or hot years result in disproportionately small hatches in wild populations.
If you aren't far off the needs of the snake you likely shouldn't encounter problems.
