Curly's a lovely lady, and that pic is adorable. There's always that one that you just absolutely love to bits.

She's browned out a bit but is still quite bright yellow on the sides. She's 8 years old now so I think that's as brown as she's gonna get.
She is super awesome pretty and is so chill now. We had a rough start with her because we learned about BP Husbandry from the pet store who sold us all this stuff - like a ginormous glass enclosure - and she was so stressed.
We've gone back and forth on deciding to move her out of ASFs to rats as rats get bigger than ASFs but we've had our system down pat and quite stable so we didn't want to upset anything. So she's on a weekly 6+ month old ASFs which is just slightly bigger than a small rat.
She had our one and only clutch (experiment) which produced Jack our amazing bumblebee. This bee is so bright yellow he's like candy.
We're thinking of trying another breeding, this time with Jack to get a chance at a killer bee but my kids are like... that just sounds wierd mom... Son getting married to his mother. Hah. Kids. So, we probably won't do it.
