Question about UTH
Now i have a question about a UTH that i thought of. If it will be a bad thing dont attack me..... But would it be ok to put a UTH on my Bp's water bin? Its a Tupperware bin like what some people keep their snakes in??? Would it work? Here's a pic to show

On it, or under it? Many people put the UTH under the water container to help keep humidity high or to keep it in the proper humidity range.

I leave my heat pad on the warm end, water bowl center of tank and heat bulb little off center of the tank ,slightly above the water bowl and my humidity is always around 40-50

Pad and cord should remain on the outside of the tank, place it where you like,as Long as u have a hot side and a cool side and decent humidity, you will be fine
also, where I come from, elec and water do not mix, just a piece of advice.

Re: Question about UTH
You should keep the heat pad outside of the enclosure, just in case. Best to keep electrical stuff outside of the cage whenever possible.
