I know a lot of people say a female only needs to lock once per shed cycle on average. My question is if there is any downfall to more frequent than that. I have a male who is locking with everything he sees every time he is in with them. The joy is he still eats like a champ..so as long as he keeps eating and I keep giving him breaks between females is there any reason to limit the number of times he is in with the females in a set amount of time? He is only breeding 3 females and I am giving him 2-3 days off after every lock. In the past two weeks he has locked with each female twice (he has yet to be in with a female for more than 12 hours without locking up)
