    Re: Is it an Ovulation??

the incubator is a box exactly like this one.And humidity is now 77% it's raising a little.

I tried to remove the egg on the top, but it s not possible without damaging it or the others...Also being on top it's colder than the others.

    Here's how it was

    the eggs

I've found a lid to put over everything to raise the humidity, it is now at 78%.

the bad thing is with your humidity, you want it consistence. you can't get a tub with a little more height so you can get the lid on? I use mainly 6 qt tubs, but I also have 12 qt tubs incase I get a lot of eggs or like what you have with them being too high for a tub. could your setup work? yes could your setup fail? yes, I don't like taking any chances if I can avoid it.

just looking at you pics, I also don't like how the tub is setting directly on the heat mat. their should be an air gap and the larger the better. if nothing else use some plastic wrap to seal that lid on that tub.

I changed the tub, used the red one as the egg box and put another bigger tub under it, filled with water, over the heat mat, but i'm short on vermiculite, and shops are closed now.Now i can close the lid.

It's a tub with water, not the egg tub.
