    The price you were quoted for a cleaning service is pretty cheap. You're only looking at the employee's salary, where the company has additional overhead expenses - bonding, liability insurance, FICA, workman's comp insurance, unemployment insurance, cleaning supplies, employee health insurance (or the fee if they don't offer it), advertising, office staff, background checks on employees (do you want a thief in your home?), etc.
