baby Ball Python not eating

I just bought a baby ball python yesterday the 7th and its not eating, the person i bought it from said it was eating regularly its a little on the small side not sure of weight. i offered it a thawed hopper mouse today. but it seemed to show no interest at all seem kinda "scared" of it to be honest. just wondering if anyone has some tips or insight.

You just acquired him YESTERDAY? He's had absolutely no time to get comfortable in his new surroundings.

Give him a week to settle in. Make sure his husbandry is on point, and LEAVE HIM ALONE for about a week. Then try to feed him again.
