That sucks! Here in Michigan you just need a permit and it's just a formality. They give them to everyone and anyone. I want one, too and know a breeder. My dachshund would never leave it alone and drive me crazy, though, LOL! I can't have a cat for the same reason.Originally Posted by ballbreeder
