    Got my New Herpstat today

I got my Herpstat 1 today plugged it all in and the temperature probe was reading 38 Degrees Fahrenheit so I e-mailed Spyder Robotics within 15 minutes I received this response:

Timothy, I apologize that you have had a problem and we will take care of this asap. The thermostat gets its temperature readings digitally from the sensor inside the probe. So an invalid temperature reading would have to be from that sensor which is very unusual. I am going to send a replacement probe in todays mail USPS Priority with the following delivery confirmation number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx When you receive it confirm that it solves the problem and let me know. I would like to get the faulty probe back so that I can inspect it and make the manufacturer aware. Please ship it to: Spyder Robotics LLC PO Box 100 Chana IL 61015 Send it USPS Priority mail as well and let me know what the shipping cost is and I will refund that amount from your order. Thanks! Dion Brewington Owner, Spyder Robotics LLC http://www.spyderrobotics.com

Extremely impressed with this level of Customer Service.
