I really wouldn't let this go too long before posting a BOI thread. I'm not a fan of those who post a BOI thread as soon as something goes sour and it's just a false alarm that now has a permanent red spot on the persons name...but too long and it gets out of that time frame where people can help you.
Under the circumstances surrounding this particular seller...I think you are perfectly justified in making a post.
