Re: wrong snake, compensation?

I had a "wrong snake" incident just this past week. The seller not only offered me a full refund (including the cost of shipping it back), but gave me a $60 refund when I decided to keep the "wrong" snake.

Don't let this guy walk over you. He has obligations as a seller that he is not fulfilling.
