Keep the eco-earth. Snakes ingest substrate all the time and unless the mouse is stuffed with the eco-earth, you're not going to be seeing any issues. These are animals than can break down bone, do you think their stomach acid can't handle a little finely ground coconut husk? Congrats on the successful feed, OP!
