You would get normals, het pieds, het albinos, and double hets for albino and pied.

No visual morph in those babies.

All of your babies would look normal. Some would just be normal, some het for albino, some het for pied, and some het for both. You really wouldn't be able to tell them apart. You need to breed a het to a visual recessive gene to start a project like that.

You would really want to breed two visuals or you would still end up with 100% Het Whatever 50% Het Whatever.

    i say it depends.

for a simple recessive project, it makes sense to start with visuals and 100% hets. 100% het to 100% het is also fine.

for a double recessive project like albino pied, you really need these 100% double hets, even with these you only have a 6,25% chance to hit your jackpot, 6,25% is low enough. so you start with visual pied to visual albino to make these 100% double hets, or you purchase the 100% double hets.

the example breeding of het albino to het pied would result in offspring that is just 50% possible het for either. if you breed these together, your chances to hit the visual double recessive will be down to 0,39%, because you need to beat the 1 in 16 odds that both are in fact het for both and prove out, and then you need to hit the 1 in 16 odds to get your double recessive visual.
