It all depends on the purpose of your light. Are you trying to supplement heat at all, or is it strictly for viewing? If your temps don't need to be bumped up, I'd go with something with a low-heat output. I have two LED strips for viewing on my tank. Although I rarely use them, so I think viewing lights are kind of pointless unless you have low ambient lighting lol.
I use a couple 60 watt Zoo Med daylight bulbs to help keep the ambient temps at 83 degrees and it also makes for great viewing
But as most know, BP's don't need "daylight" as they are nocturnal.
If you're room temps fluctuate a lot, that bulb will affect your cage temps. Actually, it'll affect temps either way. You'll want a dimmer at the very least to control the additional heat in the cage. Or if you don't want to mess with that, get an led or CFL fixture.
