I figured that my first post on these forums should be to show off my collection. I have posted on a few other communities (like WOB and iHerp)... and I am really new to ball pythons, so I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions as I go.

I am so new to the forums that I haven't even updated my profile with my sig. It's only 5 snakes... but that is 5 more snakes than I had this time last week! I bought the Phantom female at NARBC on 9/22 (weight not shown, but she was 136g when I got her), and then picked up the other 4 on Monday through craigslist. They came as a deal with a 5 tub Vision CB70 rack, a VE-200, and a bunch of other snake stuff. My kids are SO PUMPED to have snakes, and my 5 year old will make anyone within a mile deaf when he shouts at the top of his lungs, "WE! HAVE! SNAKES!" ...... He yells it all day, wherever we go. I was carrying the Ghost when I picked him up from school on Tuesday, and he ran to me like he was being chased by a clown with crazy teeth (only movie that still SCARES me).

I am struggling to get the Vision to hold a proper temperature, but I am sure I'll figure it out. It has really only been 48ish hours, so there is still some adjusting to do...

What do you mean you're struggling to keep proper temps. Are you too high or too low? What do you have the VE-200 set on for heating. They have two different options.
