Breeding tips and stuff?
Okay, so I've been thinking about starting a BP breeding project in the future. Like, YEARS from now. What I'm thinking is I'll work with co/incomplete dominant mutations (maybe pastel, mojave, yellow belly) and their super forms, as well as spiders and pinstripes. I really like the super forms of Mojave and Yellow Belly, and I want to try and focus on "Bee" morphs. I don't want to get into super high-end morphs and stuff. Keep in mind, this is something for the fairly-distant future, and I may decide to never do it at all. And even if I do decide to go through with it, my morph interests will probably change with the market and stuff as time goes on. What tips can you give me on starting a breeding project in the future?
Edit: For the record I do not want to get into this for the money. Yeah, it'd be nice if I actually managed to make a profit, but I know that may just not happen. I love snakes and I'm dying for a chance to breed my own. I'm just going to wait until I know that I can.

1) Buy/breed what you love.
2) Read the stickies at the top of each forum list.
3) Read more, and more, and more.

And make sure you ask yourself all the right question, can I afford to breed, do I have the room, how will I get the hatchling started (breed my own feeder or have a reliable source for live), what if they don't sell can I keep the extra mouths to feed etc
Research (tons of resources out there)
Breed what YOU like

I've been asking myself these same questions, and that's pretty much why I haven't already started a breeding project. I hope the answer to these questions will one day be "Yes."
