Re: Biggest Bp in your collection?

here's a pic of my big normal females when she was almost 5100 grams. she in a cb-70 tub. behind her the newspaper is touching the back of the tub and her water dish is touching the front of the tub. the pastel clown male was only put in to show her size. he was somewhere around 700 grams if I remember correctly. she's been eating since this pic. I had to zero my scale with a drywall bucket on the scale's bowl to weigh her.

she is towards the bottom of a reptile basic's cb-70 rack system that's 12 high. when she strikes at the rat, she'll spill all 12 water bowls!

Why is it that most of the big (4,000g+) BPs seem to be normal? I have nothing against normals its just something I have noticed when going threw youtube. Its there something in some morphs that stunts their growth or lifespan?

EDIT: Or could it be that there are just so many more out there that the odds are in there favor when it comes to having giant specimens?

Well, a lot of the bigger girls are 10+ years old. 10 years ago there weren't nearly as many morphs as there are today. 10 years from now there will be huge females that are multigene morphs.
