try to contact "M&S Reptilien", its a very large reptile breeder, importer and distributor in southern Germany, CEO (german: Inhaber) is Stefan Broghammer, a name you may already know.
For their breeding, they do USA imports. They also do Africa imports. So they should know how to get BPs from the USA to Germany. Stefan Broghammer was one of the first customers of the pinstripe, and he invented the term pinstripe, and was the first to bring that gene to europe.

he is CEO and has employees, so just see it as a company and ask the people that answer the phone to help you out with information or with managing the import.
(BTW, my personal opinion... one should not work in the military, it is not really productive.)
