    Typically, ball pythons need higher humidity during the shedding process, around 60%-70% . The humidity in my racks stay around 50-60% , I will mist during the winter to help with shedding.

    Different types of substrate will help such as cypress mulch or coconut fiber. Another humidity tip is to place the water dish above the uth, also try covering the top with either plexi glass or something similar.
