    Hi,

    What temps were they incubated at?

    Are the eggs still sticking to each other or have they begun to separate?

    You need to take more care of eggs once they are cut as you have to potentially deal with infection/ fungus getting in and the egg drying out too much.

    So if you aren't going to be there I'm thinking letting them pip naturally would be best overall.
