Not in itself. It can cause difficulty with eating and drinking, and normal functioning. It's the level of difficulty the animal has carrying out basic survival tasks that dictates whether the wobble will reflect negatively on the animals health. If the snake is eating and drinking and functioning normally, even with a severe wobble, they can be completely healthy animals.
