Right, and the mistake was not only the box getting lost, the guarantee in the ad was live arrival whereas my guarantee is live arrival only when delivered on time. And I did not provide refunds just replacements. I had that in my correspondence (email to her with tracking number) however not in the ad and that was my mistake. But regardless I offered frogs despite she would not ship them back and I could not verify they were the same frogs. I do admit that I did not manage that issue well though as my ad was not properly formed. I think that was many years ago when I first posted ads. But since then, never an issue with a received snake and not another box lost or animal harmed in shipment thank goodness.
