I've been staying out of this in an attempt to stay neutral until now.

I have, however, gone through all your "customer feedback" and have found a few anomalies.

Multiple reposts of the same feedback was one issue.

The other, more serious one, was one person who was mentioned not once but 4 times on your feedback not only denies dealing with you flat out but stated it would have been illegal for him to have purchased the animals you claim to have sold him - and hasn't received a single shipment via the method you claim for well over a decade.

Therefore you have not only tried to fraudulently ride on the coat tails of his good reputation you have implicated that he has broken some very serious laws in the process. I hope he chooses to litigate personally.

I wonder how your sales figures will cope without a website to lie on?

Decensored: Thanks but you would not have a legitimate complaint with me. I ship perfect and healthy animals and theres thousands of feedback reports on my web page with proof of that from valid customers and institutions. I would double your order if there was a mistake involved. And of course I antagonized these folks here. What else is there to do when you are attacked on all ends by a mob or people with no proof or evidence? Do you believe Neal or treeboa are telling the truth? Both claim to received perfect animals and woke 4 years later to complain and say they never contacted about a so called mite or resp issue? Well if you believe their lies without a shred of proof, then more power to you.

I believe in simple answers and not dancing around the issues.

1) Yes I do believe them, they have nothing to gain by bringing up this issues, and are not looking for compensation by you.

2) I don't believe that you would amend any issues, based simply on your attitudes.

I am not joining any mob mentality, I don't want to attack you, nor is that what I am doing. I am simply stating it as it is - whether the complaints are legitimate or not, there was an appropriate way to handle it as a professional and you did not take that road. If anything can be legitimated in this mess of a thread it is that your problem solving skills are very poor. You have a substantial amount of complaints about you, whether true or not, it would make me question doing business with you as a professional and/or a buyer. That is a fact that you have to face. It isn't about the complaints you have, but about how you handle the complaints. After seeing this I would definitely never do business with you. And that has more to do with your reaction, and less to do with the complaints themselves.

When someone initially messaged to ask if I knew this guy, off the top of my head I had no recollection at all of the name. After the 2nd person asked me, I dug deeper and found that I did indeed purchase some normal Bloods from DTS in May, 2010. They were not for myself, a customer of mine requested them.

I did receive the Bloods safely. He emailed and asked if I received them and I replied "Yes, they look good. Thank you for the pleasant and professional transaction!" He did not reply to this email.

As you can see he took this quote, changed it slightly and made it a testimonial. I wouldn't say this is the worst thing in itself... although not very professional.

I hope this clears things up in regard to my statement that was posted on his site.

Thanks Justin for coming here. And to follow up on that - Dan did re-send the e-mail to me that matched what Justin just confirmed. Dan, I do owe you an apology about the facts of that transaction.

I do still stand by that you need to re-examine how you interact with people. Your participation here has probably put you on a lot of do not buy from lists simply based on the combative way that you participated here.

Well I told them you must of easily forgotten as it was years ago and a paid some lady to initially set that web page up and add those emailed resposes and those price great comments to the web page so there was not altering done by me however will check what she would of received as maybe that was something from a different email from you earlier but regardless will adjust it now of course.

Sorry Dr. Del, but if its there it came from a response of a transaction. If someone is claiming they did not buy from me I will be glad to check into the matter but if it's there, then it was transcribed from a transaction of several correspondence emals etc. And yes, there's multiple posts from the same people who often buy.
