That is not proof. Those threads are all failed attempts at extortion from that BOI which never worked to bully sellers. I asked for proof such as a verifiable and unaltered email reporting a dissatisfied animal and proof that they desired to return it to make it salable and my response to such the case. You have not provided any proof because no one ever asked to return a single animal in tens of thousands of sales. Those threads are perhaps folks who harmed their animal and tried to extort for money and lost. Remember, extortion is a crime and if you support extortion, then you are a criminal yourself. Show proof of someone reporting to of received a sick or injured animal and my response to them about remedy? You do not have such proof. I have showed you thousands of verifable reports of feedback from highly reputable dealers and you have not shown proof of a single email of anyone reporting a sick or injured animal. Show proof not some nonsense from some idiot/moron forum who failed to extort cash from me. If you felt bad for the kid who killed his skink, then why did you not get one for him? My interests are to care for animals, and if someone kills a skink by not listening, then what makes you think I would give them another to kill? Check my feedback reports - I give away animals for free all of the time and make hundreds of people happy each month. So what motive would I have to not have a satisfied customer? I asked you to show proof and you showed attempts at extortion which failed . I ask again - are you drunk?

Boyer, for example, TreeBoa charged me with taking a month and sending him mites and ticks and sick snakes. All of his statements are lies. I have photos of the snakes in water and none have any sign of a tick or mite. So are you saying that treeboa, who is a member here is telling the truth when the emails below depict that he is a liar. So who do you believe now when the facts are presented to you in black and white? I would add that I never heard again from Tree Boa as to any mites or illness with the snakes. So with the proof of the pudding on one of your members here, what's your next step?

Might I add that I gave him a free snake with his order. So you are charging me with accusations and I gave your member here a free snake. Thanks bud.

I went through my water snakes and was surprised to learn that all I have is males. Do you mind waiting until Monday as I can get more females over the weekend and perhaps send an extra female for free if you like.

OK the two bolded parts. What about the free snake you said you sent? Are those pics with the ones of the two great snakes. (you've since admitted to sending 2 not three.) Post the pics.

The second bolded part. Two things: 1. You had the snakes? Your own words say you didn't. Your post shows you got the female Sunday 4/8 and sent them 4/9. 2. If not wild caught, how did you get her on Sunday. Do you have a special arrangement with a shipper for Sunday delivery? And what you you doing from 3/28 to 4/8? Didn't the emails you left out explain you were going out and looking for them. My only issue with that is you claiming they were not wild caught, I fully expected them to be. I know of no one who breeds this species commercially. And you collecting w/c and sending them is not a new or unique accusation just like your shipping practices. These issues have been brought up before all over the forums.

I haven't gotten through the 14 pages so I apologize if this is redundant, but I was under the distinct impression that the box needs at least 1/2" styrofoam to be legal to ship and that shipping snakes in bare boxes jeopardizes the entire industries ability to ship live reptiles. Am I wrong?

Absolutely right about the styro. And there are also regs about the crushing force a box has to be rated to withstand to be shipped. A grocery store box doesn't meet either requirement. And he doesn'tlabel the boxes Live Harmless Reptiles either because if he did the company would refuse the shipment because of the box. ( a violation of the Lacey act, I might add.)

A side note, he claims to sell to zoos and other institutions. Can you imagine them ordering from him again after receiving their animals in a box like that?

Yea I just realized he said you may of not paid extra for Styrofoam. Who really charges extra for that? Then admitting to shipping without it is a major major violation. I'm glad that you pointed this out because it's another thing that shows the truth about his credibility.

Actually if Justin were a smart man - and I'm betting that he is - he would not address this thread, and simply have his attorney send a nasty letter to this DTS guy stating that the false recommendation needs to be removed from his web site, give a deadline, and if the deadline isn't met he can expect a lawsuit.

I own two businesses in industries that are just as tight-knit as the "herp world", both have excellent reps which I've worked very hard to cultivate, and someone as bad as this DTS guy using my good name to push his crap would not be tolerated.
