Wait wait, back up a moment. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he say before that he had never/didn't remember ever doing business with Treeboa? And now he has pictures of the EXACT snakes from years ago? Honestly, he has posted so much crap that I don't have to sift to my waist through it all to find the exact posts, but I think he said something like that before...

He, also, said he didn't say he had the water snakes in stock, they were not wild caught, and he had them for while before sending them. He admits he didn't have them then turns around and says he had them for a while. If that's true, why did it take 15 days to send them? Again, I'm lying that he went out and caught the female, so why did it take 2 weeks to fill the order? He probably has lots of pics of water snakes, I have lots of pics of snakes that have passed through my hands over the last 22 years too. That doesn't mean they are the exact snakes. In fact they couldn't be. He didn't have the female when he claims to have taken the pic.

Dan, I'm not jealous of you in any way. I have the exact collection and position in this hobby that I want. How long have the hots I mentioned been up on Kingsnake? (Remember Like many on here I comb the classifieds every day) And why don't you deal in BP's? Seems like they are a pretty good money maker?

For everyone else: Expect one of Dan's famous canned answers about how great his business is.

I actually love animals more than anyone I ever met and I do not like packing and saying good bye to them and usually hold new animals for weeks before selling them to ensure that they are not only healthy and great, but to decide if I want to keep it or not. This works for me as an animal lover and works for the customer who gets a healthy critter...

I'm sorry, but this statement alone is enough to refuse to buy from you. I do NOT want to put a deposit down on an animal and find out WEEKS later that you've decided you "love that animal" too much to sell it to me.

Another on my "Do Not Buy" list.

If you'd had a good solid reason for being combative, I wouldn't have minded and perhaps bought from you in the future, because two rough transactions doesn't necessarily mean bad products. But this? This sends up a major, MAJOR red flag.

Boyer, did you view an unaltered email from someone with a valid complaint? Did you view my response to the such? No, because none are out there. And if not, then why are you (for what reason) giving any credit to any accusation? How do you even know someone voicing a complaint bought something from me? Did you check the Better Business Bureau? Validate a tracking number? I have no valid complaints on the better business bureau and if there was a valid complain in thousands of transactions, then why is one not there?

In regard to your previous post, you still have not spanked anyone. I have taken no sides here. I am simply stating that you have been constantly pushing for evidence but have yet to provide anything yourself when people have requested. Instead you deflect and try to send them to your website to look at testimonials which do not qualify as proof. Just because they are on your website doesn't instantly mean they are a valid proof. Also I have not given anyone credit about any accusations. I have never said that the two guys in the beginning of this thread were right and you were wrong. In fact, I actually agreed with you in stating that they as well should be providing proof about their accusations.
