That's very true. When it comes to these sort of situations I believe the animal is never to blame. People in Florida know there are animals around that could kill children, adults, and pets so I don't know why they wouldn't be on alert when it comes to there pets. They have to take the same precautions that they do with all the gators I'm the area. I also think that people forget that they are not invading our communities were invading their habitats which forces them to come in contact with us. Even though rock pythons aren't native to Florida they will have to just get used to them for the time being and take extra precautions.
