Where you just hate the world and all those in it? Where you want to smash a window (your own window...not someone elses' because that's illegal) or get so drunk you pass out? Yes...that's me today.

And my therapy is snakes...sadly, my favorite girl just ate and I have no tubs to clean or snakes to feed! I may be cleaning tubs just for the heck of it tonight.

I have those...my therapy is also my reptiles. Sometimes, it's just better to be away from people altogether.

Been my whole week at work. I get off in 15 minutes so I'm going home and building rabbit nesting boxes with my kidos. Then I get to watch Alabama destroy the Aggies tomorrow and all will be better.

Yeah...those days where you want to smash everything with a baseball bat? I know those days. The animals help me relax and unwind but don't really calm me down from being emotional so I leave the animals alone on those days and try to do something to "burn off" the energy. My typical therapy is to cook/bake with adult beverages. Which leads to drunken texts/facebooking/foruming and doritos.


Tomorrow will be a better day as Saturday the 14th strikes back.

I think everyone has those days. The people who don't show it are the ones who turn out to be psycho murderers lol.

I have a dog which helps to chill out, just hang out with him laying on the floor or the bed. Or my retic, she's also good at relieving stress.

I was smoking from my temples yesterday, for sure. I'm a very passive person and it really takes a lot for me to get angry. But darn it...the right buttons were pushed!

I ended up cleaning all my baby corn snake tubs last night and that helped. Went and had Mexican food with adult beverages...then went to sleep at 7pm! Yes, seven! Got up at 9am. xD I must have really mentally did myself in! But I feel better today.
