My mainland retic female (ST) is about 5' and she's a 2012 too: she may be small for her age but I also don't feed as heavily as some do. Also she's a turd and likes to smoosh her nose in her cage sometime and healing time sets her back on eating. She's also very sweet tempered too like your girl.
