I am a new BP breeder, I have a lot of questions & really would love to talk!

I already have a 30 gallon tank for my big momma (Frederick used to live there, but I moved and it was easier to stack 2 20 gal tanks on a shelf. I'll post my setup another time. He seems totally content). And I also have a 5-drawer snake rack that I invested in for the future. What kinds of snakes/BPs do you have?
Good call on the rack! You might need another one before you know it And for sure, getting a proven girl for him will let you get a return on your investment much quicker than getting a morph female to raise up. What are your end goals for breeding? I'd say maybe get a morph female hatchling with the money you save from getting a normal female breeder MOAR snakes!!!

As for me, I only have 2 balls right now. A male pin, my first who will stay with me forever, and a het pied female. I'm pretty picky when it comes to finding a mate for her, so I'm constantly looking for her future boyfriend lol. I might pick up a few more het pied girls when I really get into breeding, but I'm content for now (or so I tell myself lol).

We also have three western hognose, I highly recommend them if you feel the need to branch out from balls. Planning on breeding them in the future, but definitely have a ways to go.
