Interloc, can you request for baby and adult pictures of the pair? I think seeing how they age will affect peoples opinions as well. Especially if you say they color up to look this bright as *adults*. Is the photo on WOBP an adult or baby? Most people post pictures of babies so its a little unclear.

I really don't why people say it looks like a pastel. It looks nothing like a pastel. I have never see a pastel that bright of a yellow ever. It also doesn't have the pastel pattern. And the blacks are black making it high contrast. And the speckling just makes it look even more like it just glows. Especially the yellow peaking the black.

I like it a lot. But that's just my taste I guess.
I don't know..... I thought the pastel I posted was pretty close to or is what you're describing. And that picture is not even done in high quality or a light tent. I bet that snake is just as bright and high contrast in proper lighting.

That is a superb pastel. But it still looks like a pastel. This doesn't to me. Honestly it looks like a combo instead of a single gene.

    Radioactive

I will ask if I'm allowed to post a pic of the babies. The pic on WOBP is the adult male. Part of the craziness of this project is the crazy backwards way it colours up. So we are all used to pastels starting hawt then getting ugly. The radio active flips that on its ear. Starts meh turns awesome. When and if he gives me the go ahead I will post some baby pics to show this. That's all I can do for now as to not step on feet.

    Radioactive

It was an import so my guess is it was a pastel (or something similar) that just had one of those weird stress sheds that changes its color a bit.

    Radioactive

So what your saying mike is that the breeder has one snake that got brighter and called it a morph? Come on man.

Ok. More facts for the trolls. So he had this import male that me noticed kept getting brighter. Started taking pics of it monthly to document the colour change from hatchling to adult. He wanted to show everyone that this wasn't a fluke. EVERY SINGLE BABY that was the radioactive gene went through the exact same colour change.

But your right mike. Must've been only the one snake.

    Radioactive

I haven't seen any baby pics yet, i'm just basing my GUESS/OPINION off of that first post. If you or the breeder post some more pics, my GUESS/OPINION could change. I didn't state anything as a fact. I'm not sure how sharing my opinion is trolling, thanks for resorting to name calling for no reason though.

EDIT: never mind, not worth it

    Play nice boys...

I am hoping Epic gives the go-ahead to post up the hatchling pics, as I am sure it will add subtext to the morph and give everyone a bit more to chew on prior to formulating opinions.

Great looking snake... Whether it's a new morph or "just" a Pastel, it is still smokin' hot!

Don't see where the comparisons to Banana & CG's apply though? Just a way to bring this morph down. But it's cool, can't wait to see more!
