Interloc, can you request for baby and adult pictures of the pair? I think seeing how they age will affect peoples opinions as well. Especially if you say they color up to look this bright as *adults*. Is the photo on WOBP an adult or baby? Most people post pictures of babies so its a little unclear.

I really don't why people say it looks like a pastel. It looks nothing like a pastel. I have never see a pastel that bright of a yellow ever. It also doesn't have the pastel pattern. And the blacks are black making it high contrast. And the speckling just makes it look even more like it just glows. Especially the yellow peaking the black.

I like it a lot. But that's just my taste I guess.

I don't know..... I thought the pastel I posted was pretty close to or is what you're describing. And that picture is not even done in high quality or a light tent. I bet that snake is just as bright and high contrast in proper lighting.
