I've had my retic push against her cage so her top lip gets swollen: can you explain your set up or post a pic? She might not be feeling secure so she has a need to push or maybe she's hungry and looking for food. How often and what size feeder are you feeding?

You can upload pics to photobucket and paste the [IMG] code of the photos here.
How big is she in grams? Maybe feeding her every 5 days instead of 7 will help with the rubbing if the feeder is appropriate size.
How are you measuring temps? Maybe they're actually hotter than what it's reading and she's roaming due to temperature stress.
Is she in a free standing tub or in a rack? If free standing maybe covering her with a towel will help her feel more secure; if she's in a rack maybe you can put a towel in front of her tub to black it out and make it feel like a cave/burrow.
Is she in a heavy traffic area in the house? If so maybe you can move her somewhere quiet, like in a closet or a guest bedroom.
What substrate are you using? If paper towel maybe I would switch to aspen so she can burrow into it: some of my snakes feel better when they can get under the substrate.
Just some thoughts!
