Just got my 1st BP and i'm obsessed!

Howdy All,


My name's Dylan, I'm 23 and I have a BALL PYTHON!!!! Ever since i was a kid I've always wanted a snake…obviously when I was six it was a King Cobra or Egyptian Asp..lol. My parents never let me saying the it was too much clean up, asking how I felt about feeding it live mice, so mucvh work and so expensive. After having a few dings and cats at home and then moving to Orlando i began looking for a new pet to have in my apt. I have my cat, Circe but I wanted something else…and then it struck me. I looked into Ball Pythons and asked around…after doing a bit of research i went a head and starting looking for one…and that's when i found him…..Juju-Kaa…a beautiful Ball python. He's about a foot and a half and the sweetest thing ever. Just had it's 1st feeding with me today, two little fuzzies. I'm obsessed and already wanting another, who knew this would happen? Thought i'd join a forum so i could chat with other peeps who love BP's too! Howdy All!!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new little buddy I love ball pythons and just bought my second a couple weeks ago and I'm working on getting my third. They are so much fun and so easy to get addicted too. Definitely get a second! Two is better than one! can't wait to see pics.

Ok so I took my 1st pics of my BP, Juju....It's Juju Lillith Kaa if you want the full glory of the name. I couldn't settle on one so it has a middle and last name :-)

Yea, I was smitten! Never had a snake before so I'm very excited! I went all out on her terrarium and stuff! It's a great feeling!
