As for what next, the babies will finish absorbing the rest of their yolk before coming out of their eggs so it may take a bit longer before you see what you've got.For mom, you can offer food at any point during incubation when she's brooding. Sometimes they'll feed regularly and sometimes sporadically but if they're hungry, they'll still eat. At this point, though, I would wait to offer her food once the clutch has vacated the nest because now that the eggs have pipped they won't be shielding the hatchlings inside from being squeezed if mom is over eager with her meal.
