    I never had a problem with mites but you should use something else than vinegar mix. You could try bleach (2 tsp for 1 gallon of hot water) and just wash everything. And for me, I baked substrate in the oven at 250F for 20-40mins which would kill any pest in the substrate. Usually pet stores treat their substrates but I take great precautions with my enclosures. And do what other guy said, get a dog flea shampoo and dilute in water and wash other stuff and idk if u can directly wash python but you should do some research on it.
