feels like it goes both ways. Also seen bosses be the hardest on their children i'm guessing to seem fair.

I was the boss' kid in college. Dad was twice as hard on me. I got ALL the crappy jobs. He also watched me on the surveillance camera. If I stopped for second to ask a mechanic a question, he would call me out over the P A system. Totally humiliating! Everyone would laugh

But it made me a better employee at other companies.
