Ugh....Ok genetics...Here we go. If you bought a 100% het albino mate for your normal bp Sage, you would get absolutely no albinos. You would get clutches full of normal looking babies that are all 50% possible het for albino. What this means is half the clutch (or 50%) will carry the albino gene and be 100% heterozygous, and the other half of the clutch (or 50%) will be completely NORMAL, and not carry the gene at all. To get albinos out of a het to normal breeding, you will need to breed all the female offspringback to the heterozygous dad, and eventually you will get albinos. OR if you really want albinos faster, just buy a 100% het pair for albinos, then you will get a 1/4 chance of getting an albino the FIRST breeding from a het to het pairing. (1/4 means out of every 4 babies, one should be an albino). This is all statistically, by the way, there are the weird ones out there. :eek:
