Our first clutch is out....any better feeling in the world?

So our first clutch started to hatch yesterday with the little baby pipping on his own. The pairing was our NERD Pastel and Pewter Blackback to our female Spider. Since he/she pipped we cut the rest of the eggs. Looks like we got 2 Bumblebees, 2 Pastels, and 3 normals. The Bees are really nice and reduced looking in the egg.

Don't judge my cutting too bad since this is my first one and I will get better for our second clutch due in 2 weeks Thanks for looking!

First little baby that made their way out

After much internal debate I did decide to cut...

    One of our pastels

One of the Bees...loving the look of this one

    The other Bee

Our first one crawled out of the egg tonight, one of the normals. 54 Grams and healthy.

Here is the whole clutch, with the first one out and the rest poking their wee little heads out

This one got camera shy on me lol

Here is the first bee to poke it's little head out

Here is the mom originally on her eggs exactly 53 days ago

And here are the two pairings. I am assuming the Pastel (NERD) is the only sire. I was hoping the Pewter Blackback, who took over mid season, would sneak some in there but oh well.

    Thanks again for looking!
