    didnt they get rid of the mouth to mouth aspect of CPR in their latest update to the protocol??

    It's always been to use the guard, but it doesn't always happen that way.

    They changed the ratio per breath of air, it's a lot more compressions now.

    I haven't the slightest idea. If you still weren't breathing i'd just switch over to the heimlich or those electric shocker paddles. Its like i'm tazing you, but its to help you!
