    Hello,

    Your main issue is actually the location of the fogger tube.

    change 2 things

    1) Go to a local hardware store and buy a tube that is the same diameter, but is smooth. The issue with the tube that comes with the fogger is that it traps moisture, and then it becomes less efficiant.

    2) Put the fogger so that it enters the tank on the cool side. By putting it so close to your heat source, most of the water is leaving before it even enters the tank. The heat itself does evaporate the water, yes, but there are other factors at play. The hot air is actually causing an updraft, as if there was a fan pointing up and out of the tank. So some of the vapour actually gets "blown" out of the tank simply by the heated air.
